In 2021, we were awarded the ISO 27001: 2013 Certification for Information Security Management. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental interntaional organization that develops consensus-based, market relevant international standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.
What This Means
The ISO 270001:2013 provides a standard for an information security management system (ISMS). Being awarded such a certificate means that we have in place a system that allows us to manage security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details, or information entrusted by third parties. Our certificate shows that MBS has high standards for information security, cybersecurity, and privacy protection.
